1Approach from behind as far as possible, in order to force it to increase the speed
2Continue driving behind it until he/she has safe overtaking opportunity
3Move on a safe distance and by giving a honk to request it to stop traffic hindrance

The carrier shall bear liability for:
1Damage imposed to the passenger only. Liability shall not be imposed to the carrier for damage or loss of the baggage of the passenger
2Damage imposed to the passenger, as well as for damage or loss of his/her baggage
